St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 20 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Amanda Irene Davis, 40, Hammond, LA, was arrested on July 11, 2023, at 4:45 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana (2 counts), possession of methamphetamine, and violation of uniform CDS law in a drug-free zone. Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
