St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 23 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Joseph James Thibodaux, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2023, at 3:28 am for criminal trespass, resisting arrest or officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

Brennan Norton Skinner Sr., 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2023, at 1:24 am on a warrant for burglary-aggravated. Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
