St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Olivia Rene Prado, 29, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2023, at 4:17 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Mark Anthony Conner, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2023, at 3:26 pm for failure to register as a sex offender. Bail has not been set at this time. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Brian Anthony Clarkston Sr., 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 9, 2023, at 6:15 pm for parole violation. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
