St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 26 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Megan Tabatha Dugas, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 15, 2023, at 10:20 am a warrant for theft by fraud. Dugas was released on a $5,000 bond.

Dylan Michael Boling, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 15, 2023, at 1:59 pm on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
