St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 81 complaints and reports the following arrests:

NARCOTICS SECTION

Dustin Brewer, 25, Houma, LA, was arrested on August 21, 2023, at 4:19 pm for reckless operation of a vehicle, possession of schedule II (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
