Exzaria Monique Stewart, 24, Houma, LA, was arrested on August 24, 2023, at 8:42 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of schedule I CDS-heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

Seth Ryan Burbante, 21, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 24, 2023, at 9:53 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding-school zone. Burbante was released on a
