St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Scott Christopher Dehart, 42, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 6, 2023, at 12:02 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of xanax and operating a vehicle with improper tailights. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Denniell Reiko-Leilani Daigle, 36, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 6, 2023, at 10:53 am for violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Clinton Wayne Ganaway Jr., 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 7, 2023, at 1:21 am on a warrant for cyberstalking. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
