St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 116 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

James P. Domangue, 73, Arlington, TX, was arrested on November 10, 2023, at 5:06 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of motorcycle helmet required. Bail was set at $350.

 

Tyrone David Jackson, 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 10, 2023, at 7:15 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Dallas Alton Howard, 38, Fordoche, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2023, at 2:08 pm for driving while intoxicated and reckless operation-no accident. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jackson Ulises Perez Juarez, 21, Amelia, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2023, at 11:21 pm on the following charges:

• Reckless operation-no accident
• Battery on a police officer
• Resisting a police officer with force
• Driver must be licensed
• Resisting an officer by flight

Bail has not been set at this time.
