Arrest Report- November 20, 2023

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 144 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rosemberg Trevino Cabral, 29, Amelia, LA, was arrested on November 17, 2023, at 3:07 pm for domestic abuse battery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, battery of a dating partner, and theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Shenia Renee Valere, 38, Covington, GA, was arrested on November 18, 2023, at 4:29 am for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and entry, criminal trespass, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Valere was released on a $15,000 bond.

 

Minus Joseph Boiteaux, 50, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 18, 2023, at 9:20 am for hit and run and resisting an officer by flight. Boiteaux was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Nicholas Scott Johnson, 20, Houma, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2023, at 12:42 am for negligent injuring. Johnson also held warrants with other agencies. Bail on the SMPSO charge was set at $10,000.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
