St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 169 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Devin Demar Bradley, 30, Gibson, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2023, at 11:54 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of resisting an officer, possession of marijuana, and possession or carrying of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Tyler Paul Rogers, 29, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2023, at 4:27 pm for battery-simple, disturbing the peace-intoxicated, and resisting arrest or officer. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Christopher Lee Charbonnet, 42, Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested on December 3, 2023, at 6:29 pm for driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage, and open container. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Rufus Scott Ackman Jr., 54, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2023, at 3:05 pm for battery-simple and telephone calls-harrassment. Bail has been set at $3,000.

 

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
