St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 115 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kyle Thomas Clement, 30, Cypremort Point, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2024, at 9:47 pm for criminal damage to property-simple, domestic abuse battery, and domestic abuse-aggravated assault. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Isyss Zynaye Clay, 21, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on February 11, 2024, at 4:17 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of flight from an officer and improper turn and/or failure to give required signal. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Danielle Rochelle Paul-Clark, 30, Houston, TX, was arrested on February 11, 2024, at 2:24 am for driving while intoxicated and reckless operation w/accident. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Terry Wilson, 53, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 11, 2024, at 10:43 pm for domestic abuse-child endangerment law. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
