St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 111 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Anna Marie Lanclos, 59, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 16, 2024, at 3:56 pm on a warrant for the charge of disturbing the peace by language. Lanclos was released on a $1,500 bond.

 

Matthew Ryan Senette, 40, Centerville, LA, was arrested on February 16, 2024, at 3:52 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery-aggravated, domestic abuse battery, and false imprisonment. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Brent Derouen, 48, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 17, 2024, at 7:45 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Derouen was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

Terry Lynn Ratliff, 52, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 17, 2024, at 8:43 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Sterling Dorsey Jr., 50, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 18, 2024, at 8:57 pm on the following charges:

• Domestic abuse battery
• Domestic abuse battery by strangulation
• Interfering with emergency communications
• Obstruction of justice-tampering

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Vertress Lee Loston, 45, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2024, at 7:28 pm on a warrant for failure to appear. Loston was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

NARCOTICS

Nolan Dejean Jr., 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2024, at 6:26 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and possession of schedule I (MDMA). Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
