St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 95 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jamie Lynn Jett, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2024, at 4:37 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Bandee Harris McLauchlan, 26, Seabrook, TX, was arrested on May 14, 2024, at 9:17 pm on the following charges:

• No seat belt
• Negligent injuring-1st degree vehicular
• Driving while intoxicated
• Reckless operation w/accident

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Wyatt Brown, 36, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2024, at 7:44 pm on a warrant for the charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of CDS law/drug-free zone.  Brown was released on a $25,000 bond.
