St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Harold Mahan, 66, Pensacola, FL, was arrested on October 3, 2024, at 4:03 pm for theft by shoplifting, as well as failure to appear warrants out of Thibodaux and Livingston Parish. Bail has not been set at this time.

William Paul Moore, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 3, 2024, at 11:19 am for reckless operation w/accident and negligent injuring. Bail was set at $5,500.

Milton Guy Aucoin Jr., 50, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 3, 2024, at 2:38 pm on three warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.
