St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 112 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Deanna Irene Lutcher, 60, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 3:45 pm for theft. Bail was set at $2,000.

 

Dicie Elizabeth Gutierrez, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 4:13 pm for criminal damage to property-simple, disturbing the peace by language, and assault-simple. Bail was set at $5,000. 

 

Henry Wayne Truelove Jr., 39, Charenton, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 6:24 pm for violation of protective orders. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Daniel Gerson Lara-Arias, 36, Amelia, LA, was arrested on October 18, 2024, at 10:15 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Garland Joseph Romero, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 18, 2024, at 10:58 pm for parole violation. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Henry Joseph Pierce, 46, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 18, 2024, at 11:58 am on two warrants for failure to appear for the charges of criminal neglect of family, possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pierce also held two MCPD warrants for the charges of improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Bail was set at $62, 616.

 

Misty Lynn Gaudet, 36, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 18, 2024, at 2:37 am on four warrants for failure to appear for possession of heroin. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Danny Michael Fulks Jr., 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 6:36 pm for criminal trespass and resisting an officer. Fulks also held two SMPSO warrants for the charges of unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling and criminal trespass.

Fulks held two MCPD warrants for failure to appear for the following charges:

• Driving under suspension (2 counts)
• Open containers
• No insurance
• Contempt of court
• No vehicle registration
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Improper lane usage

Bail was set at $20,336.

 

Jason Driskill, 53, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 3:26 pm for the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of synthetic marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Illegal carrying of weapons (2 counts)

Bail was set at $23,500.

 

Kristie Lee McNabb, 42, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 3:26 pm for possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $1,000.

 

Lacey Yates, 41, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 17, 2024, at 3:26 pm for possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $1,000.
