St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24 -hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 48 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Lavontre Jerome Johnson, 23, Berwick, LA, was arrested on December 3, 2024, at 3:44 pm for possession of firearm-felon and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $40,000.
