St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24 -hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Gilbert Isrel Robert Harrison III, 37, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2024, at 6:25 pm on three warrants for failure to appear for the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I CDS (MDMA)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of marijuana
• Obstruction of justice-tampering
• Domestic abuse battery
• Entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Adrian Villegas, 27, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2024, at 10:57 pm for identity theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Jody Cubbage Jr., 48, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2024, at 11:15 pm for the following charges:

• Possession of a schedule II CDS with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule IV (Xanax)
• Possession of schedule IV (Clonazepam)
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)

Bail has been set at $110,000.

 

 

Jeanne Pisani, 66, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2024, at 11:15 pm for the following charges:

• Possession of a schedule II CDS with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule IV (Xanax)
• Possession of schedule IV (Clonazepam)
• Transactions involving drug proceeds

Bail has been set at $110,000.

 

 

Kacey Pojar, 39, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2024, at 11:15 pm for the following charges:

• Possession of a schedule II CDS with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule IV (Xanax)
• Possession of schedule IV (Clonazepam)
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
