CAMP WATCH

In 2013, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office revitalized Camp Watch, a cooperative registration program designed to help safeguard life and property. Participants in Camp Watch provide information about a camp or water adjacent property and the areas frequented on hunting and fishing trips. Each camp is issued a corresponding numbered plate to be attached to a structure on the property. The information supplied through Camp Watch aids deputies in criminal investigations and search and rescue operations.

Camp Watch registration forms may be downloaded here. Completed forms can be delivered to either St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office location in Franklin or Morgan City or emailed to PIO@stmaryso.com. Detectives in our marine section also have registration forms and plates available while on patrol in the waterways of St. Mary Parish.
