Arrest Report- April 21, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 60 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Clifton Joseph Vining Jr., 55, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 20, 2026, at 2:59 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and entry on land or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Zacolby Lionel Granger, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 20, 2026, at 5:08 pm on the following charges: 

• No seat belt
• No child restraint
• Driving under suspension
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• View inward and outward of window
• Possession of CDS in the presence of persons under 17 years of age
• Violation of protective orders

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Erick Jaczon Jarquin-Calero, 32, Brookhaven, GA, was arrested on April 20, 2026, at 9:22 pm on the following charges:

• Speeding
• Driving on right side of road/exceptions
• Driver must be licensed
• Unlawful production, manufacture, distribution, possession of fraudulent documents

Bail has not been set at this time.
