Arrest Report- April 22, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 80 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Chad Michael Bertrand, 41, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 21, 2026, at 1:15 pm on the following charges:

• No seat belt
• Resisting an officer by giving false information
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Morgan City Police Department warrant for failure to appear 

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Nathan Robert Corley, 46, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 21, 2026, at 4:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Adam Wade Roy, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 21, 2026, at 5:45 pm for assault-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brian Damian, 22, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 21, 2026, at 9:42 pm for resisting an officer. Damian was released on a $535 bond.
