Arrest Report- April 23, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 47 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Allerian Johnson, 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 22, 2026, at 11:57 am for reckless operation w/accident, hit and run, and criminal damage to property-simple. Johnson was released on a $2,000 bond.

Timothy Wayne Tindell, 52, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 22, 2026, at 12:17 pm for resisting an officer by giving false information and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

Carlton Lance McGuire, 41, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 23, 2026, at 1:16 am on the following charges:

• Driving on right side of road/exceptions
• Speeding
• Driving while intoxicated
• Operating a vehicle under suspension
• Open container

Bail has not been set at this time.
