Arrest Report- April 29, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 48-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 104 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

William Thomas Lacoste, 24, Houma, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2026, at 2:57 pm for expired plates, no insurance, and expired inspection sticker.  Lacoste was released on a $750 bond.

 

Jasmine Monique Thomas, 27, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2026, at 1:00 pm for battery-simple and possession of marijuana. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Christina Allison Breaux, 32, Gulfport, MS, was arrested on April 27, 2026, at 12:11 pm on a Morgan City Police Department warrant for failure to appear.  Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Troy Bernard Thomas, 54, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2026, at 8:29 pm for theft and entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Decory Andrews, 28, Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 3:24 pm for battery-aggravated. Andrews continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

David Lenes Aucoin Jr., 29, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 2:41 pm for possession of schedule I drugs, resisting an officer by flight, and resisting arrest or officer. Aucoin also held a warrant through the Morgan City Police Department for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $17,500 and a hold was placed on Aucoin for another agency.

 

Mindy Lynn Cross, 41, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 10:40 am on a Lafourche Parish warrant for fraud.  Cross is being held for another agency.

 

Kellie Sue Boudreaux, 43, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 8:47 am on a warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled.  Boudreaux also held a warrant for failure to appear through the Morgan City Police Department. Bail has not been set at this time and Boudreaux is being held for another agency.

 

Amber Nettie James, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 11:19 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of theft and probation violation.  Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Oza Leblanc, 71, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 9:56 pm for reckless operation, driving while intoxicated, and hit and run.  Leblanc was released on a $4,000 bond.

 

Jacob Gabriel Fernandez Sr., 38, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2026, at 11:23 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine).  Bail has not been set at this time.
