Arrest Report- August 10, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 119 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

William Harold Moye, 54, Patterson, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2026, at 2:28 am for hit and run and leaving the scene of an accident. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Alfred Collins Jr., 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 7, 2026, at 11:49 am for battery of a correctional officer. Collins continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Amber Lynn Stratton, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2026, at 9:29 am on an MCPD warrant for failure to appear. Stratton is being held for another agency.

 

Kristofer Jermaine Jenkins, 45, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on August 9, 2026, at 10:48 am for driver must be licensed, driving while intoxicated, and driving on roadway laned for traffic. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Paul Ashley Wiggins Jr., 56, Berwick, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2026, at 11:05 pm on the following charges:

• Resisting arrest or officer
• driving on roadway laned for traffic
• Driving while intoxicated
• Open container

Wiggins was released on a $8,250 bond.

 

 

Hebert Leon Williams, 46, New Orleans, LA, was arrested on August 9, 2026, at 9:48 pm on the following charges:

• Driving on roadway laned for traffic
• speeding
• Driving while intoxicated
• Possession of marijuana
• Introduction of contraband-penal institution
• No license plate

Bail has not been set at this time.
