Arrest Report- August 19, 2026

 

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 56 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Katie Leigh Breaux, 40, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 18, 2026, at 8:20 pm on an Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of child truancy. Breaux is being held for another agency.

 

Timothy Gary Paul Francis, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 18, 2026, at 9:16 pm for turning movements/required signals and driving under suspension. Francis was released on a $1,250.

 

Matthew James Anslum, 37, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 18, 2026, at 11:29 pm for domestic abuse-child endangerment law-aggravated and false imprisonment. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Todd Joseph Hebert, 64, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 18, 2026, at 1:38 pm for violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.
