St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 53 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Alejandro Valero Gutierrez, 40, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 25, 2026, at 2:40 am for domestic abuse-child endangerment law. Bail has not been set at this time.

Bradley Joe Griffin, 46, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 25, 2026, at 1:07 am on the following charges:

Speeding
Reckless operation-no accident
Driver must be licensed
Open container
Stop signs and yield signs
Resisting officer by flight

Bail has not been set at this time.

Terrance Andre McClain, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 24, 2026, at 8:51 pm on the following charges:

Possession of marijuana
Driver must be licensed
No insurance
Expired license plate
Possession of drug paraphernalia
No vehicle registration
Stop signs and yield signs

Bail has not been set at this time.

Seth Aurelius Kidder, 46, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 24, 2026, at 11:20 am for domestic abuse-child endangerment law and domestic abuse battery by strangulation. Bail has not been set at this time.
