Arrest Report- August 3, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 146 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Aleyder Vidal Chub-Quisque, 33, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 2, 2026, at 11:55 pm for driving while intoxicated, reckless operation-no accident, and driver must be licensed. Chub was released on a $1,840 bond.

 

Samantha Jolene Landreneau, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 31, 2026, at 8:38 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated, resisting arrest or officer, and battery on a police officer. Bail was set at $7,500. 

 

Tyler Jermaine Sylvester, 26, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 31, 2026, at 9:24 pm for battery-second degree. Sylvester remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. 

 

Troy Michael Perez, 61, Ponchatoula, LA, was arrested on July 31, 2026, at 1:28 pm on four warrants for failure to appear on the following charges: 

• Non-consensual disclosure of a private image
• Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule II drug
• Speeding

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Shauntell Nicole Hartdegen, 43, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on July 31, 2026, at 7:59 pm for burglary-simple. Bail was set at $20,000.

 

Paige Cline Saint Marie Hartegen, 27, St. Martinville, LA, was arrested on July 31, 2026, at 7:59 pm for burglary-simple and criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $30,000.
