Arrest Report- August 6, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 48- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 117 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rachelle Deanna Madison, 56, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2026, at 11:29 pm on a warrant for terrorizing and cyberstalking. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Blaise Keith Crane, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2026, at 4:22 pm on a Probation and Parole warrant. A hold was placed on Crane by another agency.

 

John Wesley Menser, 46, Patterson, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2026, at 1:22 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse child endangerment law. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Billy Betro Farnham, 41, Denham Springs, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2026, at 8:58 pm for domestic abuse battery, battery-simple, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges: 

• Possession of a schedule II CDS (methamphetamine)
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated
• Reckless operation of a vehicle

Bail has not been set at this time.
