Arrest Report- August 7, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 27 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Andrew Thomas Medley, 32, Fenton, MO, was arrested on August 6, 2026, at 7:10 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Timothy Wayne Tindell, 52, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on August 6, 2026, at 10:44 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Danny Michael Fulks Jr., 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 6, 2026, at 2:26 pm for resisting an officer and on two warrants for the charges of theft and simple burglary. Bail has not been set at this time.
