Arrest Report- December 10, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Joshua Gabriel Kelly, 51, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 9, 2025, at 9:42 pm for theft-motor vehicle. Kelly was released on a $10,000 bond.

William Wayne Burgess Jr., 44, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 9, 2025, on the following charges:

• Disturbing the peace-intoxicated
• Remaining where forbidden
• Criminal damage to property
• Criminal trespass

Bail was set at $6,000.
