Arrest Report- December 12, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 50  complaints and reports the following arrests:

Ashley Nichole Dapremont, 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 11, 2025, at 11:39 am on two warrants for failure to appear as a witness. Dapremont was released on a $1,000 bond.

Darren James Darby, 29, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 11, 2025, at 11:45 am for battery of a correctional officer-aggravated and criminal damage to property-simple. Darby continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Rhett David Granier II, 35, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 12, 2025, at 1:19 am on a warrant for failure to appear for non-support. Bail was set at $2,998.38.
