Arrest Report- December 23, 2025
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 120-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 197 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Steve Michael Scully Sr., 59, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 22, 2025, at 10:13 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Bail was set at $500.
Nghi Cong Nguyen, 51, Harvey, LA, was arrested on December 23, 2025, at 2:18 am for driving while intoxicated and driving on roadway laned for traffic. Bail has not been set at this time.
Anthony Ray Stevenson Jr., 21, Charenton, LA, was arrested on December 21, 2025, at 2:08 pm for assault-simple. Bail was set at $750.
William D. Brimzy, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 20, 2025, at 9:51 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated, resisting arrest or officer, and possession of schedule II drugs. Brimzy was released on a $7,000 bond.
Henry Adalid Argueta-Vasquez, 21, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 20, 2025, at 1:04 pm on the following charges:
- Turning movements and required signals
- Failure to yield
- Reckless operation-no accident
- Driver must be licensed
- Driving while intoxicated
- Resisting an officer by giving false information
- Open container
Bail was set at $16,000.
Javorian Trevell Conner, 33, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 19, 2025, at 11:11 am on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana. Conner was released on a $100 bond.
Rachelle Deanna Madison, 56, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2025, at 1:04 pm on a warrant for telephone calls-harassment and cyber stalking. Madison was released on a $10,000 bond.
Myles Deshon Roberson, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2025, at 3:35 pm on the following charges:
- Speeding
- Expired or no inspection sticker
- No insurance
- No driver's license on person
- Failure/owner secure registration
- Expired license plate
- Possession of marijuana
Roberson also held two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of flight from an officer, window tint/obscuring window view, and illegal possession of stolen firearm.
Bail was set at $19,720.
