Arrest Report- December 3, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

David Scott Davis, 63, Broussard, LA, was arrested on December 2, 2025, at 6:35 pm for the disturbing the peace by language, hit and run, and criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jason Joseph Adams, 50, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 2, 2025, at 8:50 pm for resisting arrest or officer and threatening a public official. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Holly Anne Hebert, 46, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 2, 2025, at 8:50 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Auna Michelle Hebert, 18, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 2, 2025, at 8:50 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Trevion Jackson, 23, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on December 2, 2025, at 7:47 pm for window tint and possession of schedule V drugs. Bail has not been set at this time.
