Arrest Report- December 5, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jolene Elizabeth Luna, 48, Gibson, LA, was arrested on December 4, 2025, at 1:08 pm for driver must be licensed, stop signs/yield signs, resisting an officer by giving false information, and misrepresentation during booking. Bail was set at $8,750.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Rodrick Hunter, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 4, 2025, at 1:45 pm on the following charges:

• Resisting an officer
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of a legend drug
• Possession of schedule I drug
• Possession of schedule IV drug with the intent to distribute
• Turning movements and required signals
• Criminal trespass
• FTA warrant for simple battery

Bail was set at $85,250.
