Arrest Report- December 8, 2025
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 136 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Colby Tyrese Nicholas, 24, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2025, at 11:53 pm on a warrant for the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Transactions involving proceeds from drug offense
- Illegal use of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 YOA
Bail was set at $41,500.
Milton Guy Aucoin Jr., 51, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2025, at 2:57 pm for assault-aggravated and battery-simple. Aucoin was released on a $4,000 bond.
Kody Joe Aucoin Jr., 48, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2025, at 2:57 pm for assault-aggravated and battery-simple. Aucoin was released on a $4,000 bond.
Shawn Casey Lovell Sr., 48, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2025, at 4:15 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.
Jasmine Ann Jones, 20, Kerens, WV, was arrested on December 7, 2025, at 1:19 am for possession of schedule IV drugs and battery of a dating partner-aggravated. Bail was set at $15,000.
Michael James Waybright, 43, Beaumont, TX, was arrested on December 7, 2025, at 1:43 am for battery of a dating partner-aggravated. Bail has not been set at this time.
Timothy Scott Businelle, 44, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2025, at 11:42 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of disobeying a traffic light and speeding. Businelle was released on a $669.50 bond.
Roland Michael Gunner Jr., 44, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2025, at 9:44 pm for domestic abuse-child endangerment law, interfering with emergency communication-simple, and false imprisonment. Bail was set at $17,500.
Yvonne Theresa Vilo, 67, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2025, at 2:13 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for theft. Bail was set at $3,000.
Arian Nicole Wiggins, 27, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2025, at 7:44 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the following charges:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of legend drug without prescription
- Possession of schedule II drugs
- Possession of marijuana
- Driving while intoxicated
- Reckless driving- no accident
- Driving on roadway laned for traffic
- Resisting by force
Bail was set at $22,750.
