Arrest Report- February 2, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 108 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Dustin Williams Macaluso, 43, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2026, at 7:24 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated and resisting arrest or officer.  Macaluso was released on a $3,500 bond.

 

Shanquelyn Ladel Druilhet, 49, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2026, at 12:04 am for theft of a motor vehicle, battery-simple, and criminal damage to property.  Bail was set at $19,000.

 

Wynn Candler Whitehurst, 50, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2026, at 10:52 am for theft, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.  Bail was set at $110,000.

 

Adam Michael Jones, 45, Port Allen, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2026, at 12:13 pm for battery-simple.  Bail was set at $2,000.

 

Kyle Joseph Darden, 29, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2026, at 3:05 pm on a Franklin Police Department warrant for speeding.  Darden was released on a $338 bond.

 

Michael J. Ballard, 70, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on January 30, 2026, at 6:49 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of speeding and expired license.  Ballard was released on a $313.50 bond.
