Arrest Report- January 29, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 48-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 62 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jada Kern, 38, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 28, 2026, at 3:28 am for domestic violence.  Kern was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Marlon Roberson Jr., 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2026, at 2:59 pm on the following charges: 

• Illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments
• Battery-simple
• Disturbing the peace by fighting
• Illegal possession of stolen firearms (4 cts.)
• Theft
• Disturbing the peace-fighting

Bail was set at $92,000.

 

Kelli Alexis Muirhead, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2026, at 7:42 pm on a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Muirhead was released on a $1,500 bond.

 

Jaquincy Davon Mouton, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 28, 2026, at 2:34 pm on for battery-aggravated. Mouton continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

NARCOTICS

 

Randy Clark, 39, Amelia, LA, was arrested on January 28, 2026, at 2:40 pm on a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for simple burglary. Clark is being held for another agency.
