Arrest Report- January 9, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 65 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Demondric Denzel Pierre, 24, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 9, 2026, at 10:38 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana and window tint violation.  Bail has not been set at this time.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Nicole Percle, 49, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 8, 2026, at 2:42 pm for possession of schedule I drugs.  Bail has not been set at this time.

John Ross, 57, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 8, 2026, at 2:39 pm for possession of schedule II drugs with intent to distribute (methamphetamines), possession of drug paraphernalia, and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.  Ross also held an active warrant for failure to appear for possession of schedule II (methamphetamine).  Bail has not been set at this time.
