Arrest Report- July 10, 2026

 

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 70 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Auna Michelle Hebert, 19, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 11:48 pm for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, burglary-simple, and criminal trespass. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Harlem James Ozenne, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 11:48 pm for criminal damage to property-simple, burglary-simple (2 counts), and criminal trespass. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Nathan Michael Day, 19, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 11:48 pm for criminal damage to property-simple, burglary-simple, and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $20,000.

 

Samuel Paul Gary, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 11:39 am on two warrants for failure to appear for resisting an officer with force or violence, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of schedule I (MDMA). Bail has not been set at this time and a hold was placed on him for probation violation.

 

Forrest William Sullivan, 32, West, TX, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 2:10 pm on two warrants for failure to appear for possession of firearm or carrying concealed by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and handling of machine guns. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Gilbert Harrison III, 39, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 6:36 pm for possession of firearm or carrying concealed by a convicted felon, violation of protective orders, illegal possession of a legend drug, and on a Lafayette Police Department warrant for attempted 1st-degree murder (2 counts). Bail has not been set at this time and a hold was placed on Harrison by another agency.

 

Tristen Hines, 29, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 6:36 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Daniel Boudreaux, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2026, at 10:45 am on the following charges: 

• Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine)
• Possession of schedule II (hydrocodone)
• Possession of schedule IV (tramadol)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Failure to register as a sex offender

Bail has not been set at this time.
