Arrest Report- July 13, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 130 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Joewell Morkees Alston, 34, Lithonia, GA, was arrested on July 10, 2026, at 12:48 pm for possession of stolen things. Bail was set at $10,000.
Saylor Ross, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 10, 2026, at 4:41 pm for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Bail has not been set at this time.
Edward Joseph Guillory Jr., 41, Church Point, LA, was arrested on July 11, 2026, at 10:56 am for assault-simple and domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $5,000.
Tasmine Trenay Arceneaux, 28, Houston, TX, was arrested on July 11, 2026, at 5:41 pm for battery-second degree (2 counts), disturbing the peace by fighting, and resisting arrest or officer. Arceneaux was released on an $18,000 bond.
Letoric Brown, 27, Houston, TX, was arrested on July 11, 2026, at 5:41 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Brown was released on a $1,000 bond.
Skylar James Williams, 44, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on July 13, 2026, at 3:33 am on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and improper lane usage. Williams is being held without bond.
Michael C. Lumpkins, 36, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2026, at 7:57 am for criminal trespass and on a Franklin Police Department warrant for failure to appear for theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
Santos Surisaday Galeano-Mejia, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2026, at 3:57 pm warrant for failure to appear for reckless operation. Bail has not been set at this time.
Karla Patricia Menocal-Cruz, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2026, at 3:57 pm on a warrant. A hold was placed on Menocal with immigration.
Margie Ordoyne Clement, 55, Schriever, LA, was arrested on July 13, 2026, at 12:23 pm for resisting an officer by giving false information and on a Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for simple burglary and possession of tools for a crime. Bail was set at $2,500 and a hold was placed on Clement by another agency.
