Arrest Report- July 27, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 142 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jeralyn Jurrell Carson, 33, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2026, at 9:43 pm on a failure to appear warrant for speeding and operating a vehicle without a driver's license. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Kaleb Robert Gros, 29, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2026, at 11:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine) and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Bail was set at $15,000.

 

Thomas Mitchell Barfield Jr., 47, Panama City, FL, was arrested on July 26, 2026, at 4:35 pm for possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstruction of highway-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jessica Nykell Davis, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 26, 2026, at 8:26 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield to emergency vehicle and failure to change address. Bail has not been set at this time.
