Arrest Report- July 8, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Harley Nichole Thibodeaux, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 7, 2026, at 12:54 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II drugs. Bail has not been set at this time.

Joseph Paul Demarco, 61, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 6, 2026, at 11:30 am on the following charges:  

• Vehicle license required
• Turning movements and required signals
• Driving under suspension
• No insurance
• Failure/owner secure registration
• Expired license plate
• Switched license plate/stolen license plate
• Failure to appear warrant for speeding and unlawful use of a driver's license

Bail has not been set at this time.
