Arrest Report- June 1, 2026
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 139 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Todd Hebert, 63, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 30, 2026, at 10:16 pm on a warrant for emanation of excessive sound or noise. Hebert was released on a $500 bond.
Anthony Clark Manuel, 58, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 29, 2026, at 12:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $2,362.
Nolan Polidore Jr., 45, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 29, 2026, at 8:51 pm on the following charges:
- Improper lane usage
- Driving while intoxicated
- Driving under suspension
- Open container
Bail was set at $16,750.
Kyle Dominique McMillian, 34, Houma, LA, was arrested on May 29, 2026, at 9:38 pm for the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana
- Improper lane usage
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Driving under suspension
McMillian also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while licensed is suspended and careless operation.
Bail was set at $5,250.
Deondric Marquel Clarks, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 30, 2026, at 12:56 am for possession of marijuana. Clarks was released on a $3,000 bond.
Amy Lea Boudreaux, 40, Centerville, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2026, at 11:11 am on a warrant for introduction of contraband-penal institution. Boudreaux was released on a $5,000 bond.
Bobby Joe Vandygriff Jr., 60, Shelbyville, TN, was arrested on May 30, 2026, at 10:22 pm on the following charges:
- Turning movements and required signals
- Driving under suspension
- Possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Bail was set at $503,500.
