Arrest Report- June 22, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 144- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 278 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Donshai D. Depass, 38, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 18, 2026, at 1:54 pm for filing false records. Depass was released on a $3,000 bond.

Mason Ray Couvillier, 18, Charenton, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2026, at 12:52 am for obstruction of justice-tampering. Couvillier was released on a $5,000 bond.

Nathan M. Day, 18, Maringouin, LA, was arrested on June 18, 2026, at 9:46 pm on a warrant for hit and run, reckless operation w/accident, and criminal mischief-false report. Day was released on a $7,500 bond.

Dillon Wayne Gavin, 35, Sulphur, LA, was arrested on June 18, 2026, at 7:36 pm for possession of schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gavin was released on a $2,500 bond.

Bobby Dwayne Mickles, 45, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2026, at 4:28 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of false swearing for purpose of violating. Mickles was released on a $5,500 bond.

Christopher Michael Brown, 53, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2026, at 11:20 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Brown was released on a completed sentence.

Demarcus Stevenson Roy, 33, Cottonport, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2026, at 2:42 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of possession of heroin and possession of marijuana. Roy was released on a $10,000 bond.

Shauntell Nicole Hartdegen, 43, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on June 18, 2026, at 11:40 am for disturbing the peace by language and assault-simple. Hartdegen was released on a $1,500 bond.

Brett Anthony Smith, 21, Berwick, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2026, at 9:10 pm for driving while intoxicated and careless operation. Smith was released on a $2,750 bond.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brandon Brown, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2026, at 7:03 am for possession of schedule II (crack cocaine), possession of schedule I (marijuana), and simple criminal damage to property. Brown was released on a $7,500 bond.

Demondre Andre Wiggins, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2026, at 9:52 am on a warrant for probation violation. Bail has not been set at this time.
