Arrest Report- June 29, 2026
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 109 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Erick Allen Brunner, 43, Labadieville, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2026, at 8:15 am on a warrant for failure to appear for failure to signal and driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $1,000.
Eris Alphonse Robinson Jr., 21, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2026, at 9:18 am for possession of a firearm-felon. Bail has not been set at this time.
Dayle Goodine Jr., 51, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2026, at 2:23 pm for driving while intoxicated. Goodine was released on a $2,500 bond.
Heather Ann Spencer, 44, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2026, at 6:33 am on an MCPD warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension and possession of stolen things. Spencer is being held for another agency.
Troy Anthony Washington, 59, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2026, at 3:06 pm on the following charges:
- Stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specific areas
- Obstruction public passage
- Driving while intoxicated
- Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Washington was released on a $6,500 bond.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Cornelius Kelly Sr., 47, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2026, at 3:00 pm the following charges:
- Transactions involving drug proceeds
- Possession of a legend drug without prescription (2 counts)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Distribution of cocaine
- Possession of schedule II with intent to distribute (cocaine)
- Possession of schedule II with intent to distribute (methamphetamine)
Bail was set at $767,500.
