Arrest Report- June 8, 2026
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 188 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Curtis Paul Gaudet Sr., 53, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 4, 2026, at 12:30 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of operating a vehicle without proper required equipment, operating a vehicle without proper equipment, and operating a motor vehicle not covered by security. Gaudet was released on a $3,000 bond.
Jesus Avila Carmona, 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 5, 2026, at 3:10 pm on a warrant for theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
Brandon Joseph Lancaster, 31, Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested on June 4, 2026, at 1:56 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving while license is suspended. Lancaster was released on a $6,000 bond.
Luis Angel Diosdado-Barron, 35, Houma, LA, was arrested on June 4, 2026, at 9:16 pm on the following charges:
- Driving while intoxicated
- Reckless operation-no accident
- Driver must be licensed
- Improper lane usage
- Failure to signal
- Mufflers (modification of exhaust systems)
- Vehicle of nonresident used regularly in Louisiana
Diosdado-Barron was released on a $4,250 bond.
Terance Cordale Mobley, 42, Youngsville, LA, was arrested on June 5, 2026, at 10:05 am for battery-simple. Mobley continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Jessica Renee Gros, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2026, at 12:55 am for driving while intoxicated. Gros was released on a $2,750 bond.
Marissa Kametria Sigur, 28, Broussard, LA, was arrested on June 7, 2026, at 12:15 pm for possession of stolen things. Sigur was released on a $2,500 bond.
Brandon Patrick Conerly, 47, Berwick, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2026, at 10:43 am on two warrants for failure to appear for the charge of failure to appear as a witness. Conerly was released on his own recognizance.
Cameron Orrin Mitchell, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2026, at 1:35 am for cruelty to a juvenile. Bail has not been set at this time.
Lisa Robinson Mitchell, 64, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2026, at 1:35 am on a warrant for cruelty to a juvenile. Bail has not been set at this time.
Michael Anthony Leonard, 47, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 7, 2026, at 9:34 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Jamon Bias, 46, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on June 4, 2026, at 3:09 pm on the following charges:
- Possession of schedule I (synthetic marijuana) with intent to distribute
- Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute
- Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses
Bail was set at $175,000.
