Arrest Report- March 10, 2026
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Brittnay Marie Clements, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 10, 2026, at 2:04 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of burglary-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.
Rashan Joseph Lewis, 40, Franklinton, LA, was arrested on March 9, 2026, at 7:48 am for the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of schedule II drugs
- Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of legend drug without a prescription
Bail has not been set at this time.
Marlon Lance Roberson Jr., 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 9, 2026, at 9:21 am for battery-simple. Roberson continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Benjamin Albert Broussard, 39, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 9, 2026, at 11:56 am for violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.
Brad Scott Romero, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 9, 2026, at 5:20 pm on a failure to appear for the charges of operating a vehicle with improper headlamps, operating a vehicle without a driver's license, and failure to maintain automobile liability insurance. Romero also held a Franklin Police Department warrant for no driver's license, no seatbelt and expired motor vehicle inspection. Bail has not been set at this time.
