Arrest Report- March 26, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Chad Avery Lightfoot, 54, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2026, at 9:30 am on a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear for vehicle theft. Lightfoot is being held for another agency. 

Jamie Demarco, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2026, at 12:33 pm for possession of methamphetamines, expired or no inspection sticker, and driving under suspension. Bail has not been set at this time.
