Arrest Report- March 27, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 48 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Douglas Jeffery Freeman, 37, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 4:48 pm for criminal damage to property-simple. Freeman was released on a $2,000 bond.

 

Jeffery Paul Leet, 39, Cypremort Point, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 11:12 am on an Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for telephone calls-harassment. Leet is being held for another agency.

 

Clyde Paul Leet, 69, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 11:13 am on an Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for improper lane usage. Leet was transferred to another agency.

 

Blake Joseph Antoine, 38, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 8:12 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Shena D. Bowser, 55, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 7:42 am for probation violation, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace-fighting and battery-simple. Bail was set at $2000.

 

Kari Dawn Warden, 40, Metarie, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 10:07 pm on an Morgan City Police Department warrant for failure to appear on the charge of cyberstalking. Warden was transferred to another agency.

 

Blake Joseph McNemar, 37, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 10:07 pm on an Morgan City Police Department warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving while license is suspended. McNemar is being held for another agency.

 

Gary Lee Durden, 52, Gibson, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2026, at 10:40 pm on an Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer/arrest. Durden is being held for another agency.
