Arrest Report- May 15, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Brennan James Foster, 25, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2026, at 2:09 pm for battery-second degree. Bail was set at $5,000. 

Mitchell Adam Burgess, 52, Charenton, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2026, at 12:49 pm for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bail has not been set at this time. 

Joshua Porche, 42, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2026, at 2:09 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of theft. Porche was released on a $750 bond.

Avis Marie Wesley, 32, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on May 15, 2026, at 12:59 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of trespassing. Bail has not been set at this time.
