Arrest Report- May 26, 2026
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 207 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Jadi Guerrero Williams, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 24, 2026, at 11:04 am for cruelty to animals and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Williams was released on a $2,500 bond.
Tina Marie Ware, 43, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on May 22, 2026, at 11:10 am on two warrants for failure to appear for simple burglary, theft, and simple criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $500.
Tommy Vidos, 51, Berwick, LA, was arrested on May 22, 2026, at 12:29 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
Reed Joseph Johnson, 43, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 22, 2026, at 8:16 pm on a warrant for criminal neglect of family. Bail has been set at $104,596.52.
Shawn Paul Boudreaux, 47, Centerville, LA, was arrested on May 24, 2026, at 8:52 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Possession of schedule II CDS (cocaine)
- Possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine)
- Introducing or possession of contraband in a parish prison or jail
- Obstruction of public passage
Bail has been set at $15,000.
Derrick Nacal Colbert, 33, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on May 24, 2026, at 4:00 am for open container and driving while intoxicated. Colbert was released on a $3,500 bond.
David Allen Ackman, 45, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 25, 2026, at 7:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal mischief by filing a false report and contempt of court (2 cts.). Ackman was transferred to another agency.
Earl Joseph White III, 42, Houma, LA, was arrested on May 25, 2026, at 11:43 pm on a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for domestic abuse battery-strangulation. Colbert was released on a $3,500 bond. White is being held for another agency.
Trae Anthony Loustalot, 19, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 24, 2026, at 11:11 pm on a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for domestic abuse battery-strangulation, and a Berwick Police Department warrant for criminal trespass. Loustalot is being held for another agency.
John Wayne Ross, 57, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 25, 2026, at 12:01 pm on a a warrant for failure to appear for possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $7000.
